Events support ordered rankings and a top-and-bottom voting mode. The latter assigns position-weighted points to favorites and least favorites, then sorts by net score with an explicit tie-break.

Save a complete ranking
A Prisma transaction upserts the participant’s event ranking and replaces its ordered items together, keeping a saved ranking from containing only part of an update.
Designed for a tasting table
Touch-friendly sorting, automatic saving, event-specific branding, and blind-tasting controls support participants using a phone while comparing items.
My contribution
- Built event creation, participant ranking, and aggregate results for group tastings.
- Implemented touch-friendly drag-and-drop with automatic saving and reusable event themes.
- Added a favorites-and-least-favorites voting mode with weighted scoring and blind-tasting support.
